Project managers and delivery teams who look after several client projects and need a clear view of what to do next.
A new workspace can be used for 7 days without a card. During the trial, up to 5 people can be in the workspace. Paid plans include the same product capabilities and differ by how many members they allow.
After 7 days, your trial does not automatically become a paid subscription and you are not charged. You can still view existing data, but you need to activate a paid plan to create or edit it.
A paid plan is a monthly subscription for the whole workspace. It renews each month until you cancel. After you cancel, paid access normally continues until the end of the month already paid for.
No. Microsoft 365 is optional. You can use Trampolo without connecting a mailbox or meetings.
No. Signing in with Microsoft confirms who you are. Connecting a mailbox is a separate step. Signing in with Google does not connect Google Workspace.
After you connect Microsoft 365, you link a relevant email to a client, project or task. Trampolo does not synchronize the email thread for you.
You record decisions, risks, issues and project lessons yourself. They stay available for later work.
