How access to Trampolo works
People sign in to a workspace. Optional connections, such as Microsoft 365, use a separate permission from signing in.
Sign-in, access and connections
These are the controls that apply when you use Trampolo.
How people sign in
People sign in with Microsoft or Google. Signing in confirms who you are. It does not connect a mailbox.
Who can see workspace information
The customer decides who is invited into a workspace. Administrators manage members, roles and permissions for the information in that workspace.
Connected services are separate
Connecting Microsoft 365 is separate from signing in. Trampolo can use only the permissions you grant. Disconnecting it does not, by itself, delete information already brought into the workspace.
